"Direkt an der Dubai Marina Mall und der 7km langen Marina Promenade. Strassenbahnstation unmittelbar vor dem Gebàude. 2 Metrostationen fusslàùfig gut zu erreichen Fitnessraum, Kostenlose Pool und Sauna Nutzung ebenfalls sehr gut."

"Kuechenausstattung koennte noch ergànzt werden: z.B. kleiner Topf, Geschirrhandtuecher. Salatschuessel. Salt- and Pepper Streuer, ausreichende Kaffeepads, Trinkwasserspender."
