"Расположение - в самом центре города. После получения карточки (через ресепшен или автомат) гость совершенно автономен. Все двери открываются картой. Дизайн помещения. Обстановка бюджетная, но вполне достаточна."

Размер номера - 8 КВ м. Туалет с душем в номере, но так как этот закуток не отделен стенкой от пола до потолка - то все звуки и запахи идут в комнату. (Спасает то, что на этаже ещё есть общие души и туалеты).

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Местоположение идеальное! Красивый,чистый район, удобная транспортная доступность, рядом много маленьких ресторанчиков и магазинов. Само здание историческое и выходит окнами на небольшой сквер и красивую церковь.Номера чистые и хорошо оборудованы. Есть возможность оставить вещи в камере хранения, как до заселения, так и после освобождения номера, причём этот процесс хорошо организован. В целом, мы бронировали номер с большой скидкой, поэтому цена- качество нас вполне устроили."

Надо обратить внимание, что последний этаж, это современная надстройка. Это следует указывать при бронировании, так как этот факт может повлиять на выбор номера... Очень не понравился процесс заселения. Время заселения 15.00, что позже обычных 14. Но главная проблема в том, что сам процесс начинается ровно в 15 ! То есть все кто заселяется в этот день, а это был понедельник, выстраиваются в очередь и только с 15 часов начинают процесс заполнения формы и оплаты. Не понятно почему нельзя оформлять гостей по мере их прибытия , а в 15 часов просто выдавать ключи от номера? Ожидание в очереди портит самое важное, первое, впечатление от гостиницы! В результате мы заселились только в 15.45, и далеко не последними....

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"We very much liked the experience but the shower head was faulty"

The shower head was leaking.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The room is quite old and small.

"Расположение вблизи от центра и вокзалов. Отличные завтраки («шведский стол»), тепло, все удобства, чайник в номере. Мы так поняли, что нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно, спасибо!"

В начале были проблемы с двухместной кроватью. Считаю, что раз есть выбор, то выполнение пожелания гостей должно быть обязательным, а не опциональным для отеля. Вай-фай оставляет желать лучшего.

"Отличный пляж. У остальных отелей в Нунгви выход к пляжу не самый лучший. У отеля My Blue отличный выход к океану, не сильно ощущается отлив. Во время отлива нужны аквашузы, тк есть ежи, в прилив аквашузы не нужны. На дне встречаются морские звезды. Место проведения завтраков на берегу, завтраки очень изобильные и классные. Персонал приветливый. У лежаков есть бассейн, они бесплатные. Полотенца выдают бесплатно. От лежаков до пляжа 1 секунда. У бассейна есть душ. WiFi стабилен даже в номере. Территория отеля ухоженная и зеленая, есть садовники. Уборка номеров ежедневная. В номерах бывают комары: берите фумигаторы. Отель классный"

При выезде считают траты, в чек было включено то, что мы не заказывали. Проверяйте чек. У номеров слабая шумоизоляция, НО во всех отелях на Занзибаре такая изоляция

"Приветливый и внимательный персонал. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, нам разрешили оставить вещи и переодеться, после чего мы отправились на экскурсию по городу. Из номера открывался невероятный вид на княжество Лихтенштейн, реку Рейн и Швейцарию. Ужин был вкусным, а завтрак — обильным и также очень вкусным. Всё очень понравилось!"

Не понравилось то, что окна расположены не на улицу, не во двор, а в нишу коридора отеля. Это очень странно. Это единственный момент. Но это не минус, а просто такое строение здания.

"Полное соответствие "цена-качество-местоположение". При зарубежных поездках, с моей точки зрения, это самый важный критерий. Рекомендую этот отель."

"Вновь останавливались в этом отеле на обратном пути из Ботсваны. В номере есть вентилятор, кондиционер, шкаф с вешалками, зеркала, стол и столики, стулья, чайник, ТВ и так далее - все как указано в описании. Wi-Fi быстрый и стабильный. Есть розетки разных стандартов (как в ЮАР; розетки местного стандарта; C и F - как в России). Как и в предыдущем отзыве, поблагодарю отзывчивых сотрудников - нам помогли организовать такси на 05:45 утра."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Все хорошо, но первый раз увидел на Букинге, что в цену не включены налоги. Это меня немного подвело

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.
