Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e con una vista mozzafiato. Il letto comodo e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, vicina alle principali attrazioni ma in una zona tranquilla che garantisce il massimo relax. "I stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Vlorë and booked less than an hour before check-in. The room was ready, clean, and had a private fridge, a big wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, and a balcony with a drying rack. The man who gave us the keys didn’t speak English, but he was very friendly and helpful. He even used his friend on the phone to help us communicate in English. Parking was available on the street and also inside the property."
