"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

The stains on the tub

"الموقع ممتاز جدا السويت كان كبير ونظيف واكثر من رائع يوجد بارك اسفل الموتيل للسيارات كبير ومريح الموظفين في الرسيبشن كانو خدومين جدا ورائعين ( نور ونور الدين)"

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Просторные комнаты, большой балкон с видом на горы -даже лучше, чем на фото. Тихо. Паркинг есть, бесплатный всем место хватило. Завтрак средний: я оставалась голодная, мужу было достаточно ( у меня завтрак большой). Сауна- отлично, джакузи - отлично ( смена воды после каждого). Холодильник был, муж что-то даже готовил на кухне -> значит тоже хорошая кухня. Это ЛУЧШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ в горах, где я останавливалась! Еще матрас: умеренно жесткий, не старый. Простыни без полиэтилена!!!♥️"

Не было чая в номере ( был в баре)

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

Маленькая и низко расположенная раковина для умывания Скрипучие полы и слышимость между комнатами и общей зоной виллы

"Прекрасные апартаменты. Очень чисто и уютно, уборка каждый день, смена постельного белья и полотенец. На кухне есть всё. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Поздравили мужа с днём рождения с тортиком. Отличная локация. На первом этаже супермаркет и Mall. Если будем в Бахрейне, остановимся ещё."

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"Расположение гостиницы, приветливый персонал, уютный, огромный номер для семьи из 4 человек. В доме магазины шаговой доступности, как продуктовый, так и хозяйственный."

Сверху был капеж, плохо убрались, протерли полы и оставили ведро, швабру в номере. Не убирались в течении всего периода в номере, не было туалетной бумаги, не выносили мусор.

Quelques difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude à certains moments.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

There was nothing to dislike.

Завтрак очень однообразный, последние 2 дня даже не ходила на завтрак. Можно позавтракать в кофетарии за эти же деньги намного вкуснее.

Отсутствие магазинов, даже нет элементарных лавочек с сувенирами.

Не то, чтобы не понравилось. Были зимой, в сильный мороз. Был номер под крышей, из щелей очень дуло. Было очень холодно. Но летом, думаю, там отлично.
