"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

Не то, чтобы не понравилось. Были зимой, в сильный мороз. Был номер под крышей, из щелей очень дуло. Было очень холодно. Но летом, думаю, там отлично.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

No shops within 15 min walk, the only restaurant was closed.

Очень плохо работает как мобильный интернет так и вай фай. Старый gym, но достаточно просторный.

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"Прекрасное месторасположение апартаментов, в трех минутах от Моста Любви и от санатория Mercur с бассейном с минеральной водой. Очень внимательное и доброжелательное отношение хозяина апартаментов и персонала. Качественная уборка, которую обеспечивают две прекрасные женщины. Сами апартаменты просторные, чистые, комфортные. Удобные кровати и диван. Хорошая кухня. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества!"

Немного шумноват кондиционер. На кухне немного маловато кухонных принадлежностей, например, нет чайника. Но это такие мелочи, которые совсем не могут испортить прекрасного впечатления от отдыха в апартаментах.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

Завтрак очень однообразный, последние 2 дня даже не ходила на завтрак. Можно позавтракать в кофетарии за эти же деньги намного вкуснее.

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

"Отдыхали 7 дней с 16 февраля. Плюсы: отзывчивый Имран, расположение, чистота, бельё капельно белое, ежедневная уборка, пополнение воды, чай, кофе, сахар, выдали зубную пасту и щетки, плед для ребенка, сушилку для белья принесли, балкон открыли. Чудесный, чистый, с подогревом, с детской заной бассейн с белыми полотенцами, зонтами, лежаками и лаунж зоной. Удивил вертикальный огород с зеленью на лаунж зоне. Для салатик а всегда можно сорвать разной зелени. Приятно пахнет в коридорах. Два лифта.Заказали такси до аэропорта за 150 дирхам Аль Мактум. Кухонной утвари вполне хватало."

Мебель нуждается в обновлении. Не было горячей воды, вызывали ремонтника, сделал. Не работал сейф, при этом взяли 200 дирхам за сохранность. Нужно проверять все. Трансфера на пляж в воскресенье не бывает, в другие дни нужно записываться с вечера. На рецепш. по английски тебя слабо понимают через приложение переводчик. У нас заболел ребёнок, так мы ходили в соседний Космополитан там девочки русскоговорящие помогали. К стати, в аутлет молл трансфер от Космополитана. Можно с ними ехать без проблем. Даже на пляж с ними в воскресенье ездили, возле "паруса" зона. Хотелось бы что бы балкон открывался без отдельного вызова и был бы с минимальной мебелью. Дороговато.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.
