В последний день моего проживания отключили вообще всю воду. Персонал, конечно же, позаботился о том, чтобы у гостей была питьевая и не питьевая вода, но «осадочек остался». Короткий завтрак - рано не позавтракаешь и рискуешь опоздать, если долго спишь. Тапочки плохого качества, очень быстро выходят из строя.

Нет претензий. (Голландские лестницы не в счет).

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Хороший отель. Расположение просто прекрасное,чистый воздух,нет много людей,можно в озере ловить рыбку , спокойно некто не кому не мешает,можно насладиться природой 💞 Ездили в аквапарк,было супер,там отличная сауна, атмосфера хорошая Рекомендую!!!"

В этом районе нет не одного магазина .В ресторане заказали сома с грибной подливкой её было настолько много что вкус рыбы не почувствовали, картошка была с чернотой ,салат тоже был не свежий .Заказали утку мясо уже было не первой свежести, Ожидали намного лучше 😔

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

We missed bakeries and supermarkets in the surrounding but all in all great

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.

"We booked months ago before all the bad reviews so we’re very worried when we saw them all - honestly our experience was fine! Standard Icelandic check in process - was sent a code (can’t remember if we asked the day before after reading the reviews), didn’t actually meet anyone Well equipped kitchen Comfortable bed Good parking"

Corridor a little bit noisy

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

"Изысканный отель , всё продумано до мелочей, комнаты большие и просторные, вклученный в стоимость проживания спа комплекс с бассейном, джакузи, двумя саунами, солёной комнатой, спортзалом и выходом на улицу на снег из сауны. Завтраки вкусные, но для веганов особого выбора нет. Рядом с отелем супермаркет Макси. Персонал любезный . Мы были в январе 2025г. уже не в первый раз. Очень понравилось!"

Хорошо было бы , если бы была кухня в номере. Всё остальное - идеально!

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже не в первый раз. Удобное местоположение между границей и ЖД вокзалом, до границы 8-10 мин. пешком, бесконтактное заселение по коду не вызвало никаких затруднений и возможно даже в очень позднее время. Очень порадовала прекрасно оснащённая просторная кухня-кафе со всем необходимым не только для простого перекуса, но и для приготовления еды при необходимости. Здесь достаточно просторные чистые номера с удобными кроватями. Так что, если вас не смущают общие туалет (по-моему их 2) и душ (по-моему их тоже 2), то могу вполне рекомендовать этот ApartHOTELL для остановки/ночлега. Справедливости ради замечу, что есть дополнительные раковины для умывания и мытья рук и никаких очередей в местах общего пользования не было совсем, везде тихо и спокойно."

В этот раз были удивлены и несколько озадачены, увидев целую кучу муравьёв на кухне в корзинке с конфетами и на столешнице. Откуда они взялись??? Очень громко работает(прямо тарахтит) кондиционер, спать во время его работы невозможно, а окно не открывается((

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!
