"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

The bed was too soft I ached all over

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Апартаменты просторные и хорошо оснащены. 5 минут до пляжа. Рядом много ресторанов, магазины ,автобусная остановка. Очень красивая бухта."

Стандартный номер очень маленький, окно не открывается и выходит в шахту, если бы не поменяли на апартаменты , отпуск был бы испорчен. Современный красивый отель, но уборка и смена полотенец раз в 2-3 дня . Нет ни шампуня, ни кондиционера. Это не было проблемой - рядом магазины, просто неожиданно. Попросили депозит 100 евро. Неприятно, что тебе не доверяют.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Я давно искало место, в котором можно просто отдохнуть, расслабиться в тишине. И для себя я его нашла. Понравилось абсолютно все! В номере есть все, что необходимо. А если, чего то вам не хватает, то просто спросите у Дианы. Диана, спасибо за такой прекрасный отдых и за вкусный презент. Процветания вашему отелю! Однозначно приеду сюда ещё!"

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Месторасположение хорошее. Вокруг джунгли,свежий воздух. Птички поют. До моря 10 мин.пешком. Пляж красивый,чистый,с лежаками. С балкона шикарный вид на море. Хозяин очень добрый. Уборка каждый день. Есть общая кухня."

В последний день моего проживания отключили вообще всю воду. Персонал, конечно же, позаботился о том, чтобы у гостей была питьевая и не питьевая вода, но «осадочек остался». Короткий завтрак - рано не позавтракаешь и рискуешь опоздать, если долго спишь. Тапочки плохого качества, очень быстро выходят из строя.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.
