"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

Сверху был капеж, плохо убрались, протерли полы и оставили ведро, швабру в номере. Не убирались в течении всего периода в номере, не было туалетной бумаги, не выносили мусор.

"Потрясающе! Одно из лучших мест, в котором приходилось ночевать. Круто всё! Очень приятное заселение, с подробной экскурсией. Хочется отметить наличие детской комнаты (прекрасно оборудованной) - мои дети были счастливы. Также есть и спортзал, и рабочие зоны. Отдельный восторг - бассейн, сауна и джакузи на крыше. Сам номер идеален - все новое, оборудовано отлично! Мы обязательно сюда вернемся и порекомендуем всем нашим знакомымю"

Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. "The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Очень хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал в ресторане, уборщицы, чинящие. Интересный формат отеля - лабиринты к каждым апартаментам. На территории много котов, к ним хорошее отношение. Номера убирают, сами номера просторные. Обменник сразу около отеля, но курс лучше в обменнике , что вниз по улице и налево. На территории отеля идут ремонтные работы, отель по-тихоньку приводят в порядок, улучшают и чинят. По отзывам сомневалась, брать ли его или нет. Но не пожалела нисколько, мы остались довольны. WiFi очень хороший в номере, рутер в самих апартаментах был. На территории отеля тоже хороший интернет был в разных точках."

Конечно, отель старенький, требуется освежить его: мебель, ремонт в апартаментах. Но видно, что постепенно они этим занимаются. Завтрак и ужин не шведский стол,а приносят порционно. Нам хватало, но тем, кто привык к разнообразию и поесть до отвалу, не подойдёт. Завтраки одинаковые, а ужины разные.
