"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"The ideal spot for Cavtat! Perfect for relaxing and for everything else! The hosts were amazing! Nick, Anne Marie and there family were so kind and generous. We stayed two days extra and it felt like home! With sun and a refreshing pool to keep cool."

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

Нет ершика для унитаза.😅. Не смогли воспользоваться стир машинкой ( а переводчиком воспользоваться не додумались). Зарядить мобильный и зубную щётку удалось только на кухне

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Хороший отель. Расположение просто прекрасное,чистый воздух,нет много людей,можно в озере ловить рыбку , спокойно некто не кому не мешает,можно насладиться природой 💞 Ездили в аквапарк,было супер,там отличная сауна, атмосфера хорошая Рекомендую!!!"

В этом районе нет не одного магазина .В ресторане заказали сома с грибной подливкой её было настолько много что вкус рыбы не почувствовали, картошка была с чернотой ,салат тоже был не свежий .Заказали утку мясо уже было не первой свежести, Ожидали намного лучше 😔

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

В последний день моего проживания отключили вообще всю воду. Персонал, конечно же, позаботился о том, чтобы у гостей была питьевая и не питьевая вода, но «осадочек остался». Короткий завтрак - рано не позавтракаешь и рискуешь опоздать, если долго спишь. Тапочки плохого качества, очень быстро выходят из строя.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Персонал очень приятный, очень добродушный хозяин и хозяйка.Для удобно, что можно было договориться о позднем заезде т.к приехали из Болгарии. Есть своя парковка, а не на улице т.к в Скопье с этим трудно у нас большая машина. Инет иногда не очень работает, но приходиться можно. Из минусов нет холодильника в номере, но на 1-2 ночи это не критично. Рядом есть кафе, ресторанчики и бары. Прекрасный домашний завтрак. За такую бюджетную цену рекомендую."
