Апарт-отели в Ливане

"Отель находится в тихом месте, расположение хорошие, легко добраться из аэропорта, номер уютный, есть все необходимое, кроме геля для душа"

Завтрак очень однообразный, последние 2 дня даже не ходила на завтрак. Можно позавтракать в кофетарии за эти же деньги намного вкуснее.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Мы приехали относительно поздно, но нас встретил доброжелательный персонал. Зимой, когда мы отдыхали, в номере было тепло. Также апартаменты были достаточно просторные. Есть также парковка, где можно спокойно оставить машину."

Было сложно разобраться с кодовыми замками на входе в отель. Лучше бы был обычный замок на ключе. На кухне в отеле газовая плита, но нет спичек. Это плохо, так как зажигать газовую плиту обычной зажигалкой (для сигарет) — плохая идея. Нам приходилось делать факелы из бумаги и зажигать их зажигалкой, а затем ими зажигать плиту.

Quelques difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude à certains moments.

"Просторные комнаты, большой балкон с видом на горы -даже лучше, чем на фото. Тихо. Паркинг есть, бесплатный всем место хватило. Завтрак средний: я оставалась голодная, мужу было достаточно ( у меня завтрак большой). Сауна- отлично, джакузи - отлично ( смена воды после каждого). Холодильник был, муж что-то даже готовил на кухне -> значит тоже хорошая кухня. Это ЛУЧШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ в горах, где я останавливалась! Еще матрас: умеренно жесткий, не старый. Простыни без полиэтилена!!!♥️"

Не было чая в номере ( был в баре)

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"Отдыхали 7 дней с 16 февраля. Плюсы: отзывчивый Имран, расположение, чистота, бельё капельно белое, ежедневная уборка, пополнение воды, чай, кофе, сахар, выдали зубную пасту и щетки, плед для ребенка, сушилку для белья принесли, балкон открыли. Чудесный, чистый, с подогревом, с детской заной бассейн с белыми полотенцами, зонтами, лежаками и лаунж зоной. Удивил вертикальный огород с зеленью на лаунж зоне. Для салатик а всегда можно сорвать разной зелени. Приятно пахнет в коридорах. Два лифта.Заказали такси до аэропорта за 150 дирхам Аль Мактум. Кухонной утвари вполне хватало."

Мебель нуждается в обновлении. Не было горячей воды, вызывали ремонтника, сделал. Не работал сейф, при этом взяли 200 дирхам за сохранность. Нужно проверять все. Трансфера на пляж в воскресенье не бывает, в другие дни нужно записываться с вечера. На рецепш. по английски тебя слабо понимают через приложение переводчик. У нас заболел ребёнок, так мы ходили в соседний Космополитан там девочки русскоговорящие помогали. К стати, в аутлет молл трансфер от Космополитана. Можно с ними ехать без проблем. Даже на пляж с ними в воскресенье ездили, возле "паруса" зона. Хотелось бы что бы балкон открывался без отдельного вызова и был бы с минимальной мебелью. Дороговато.

"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

"Large 3 bed apartment with pool and verandah, nice view of the sports stadium and the distant sea"

No shops within 15 min walk, the only restaurant was closed.

"Good location with eateries nearby and ZhongShan MRT Station not too far away. Staff were especially helpful and thoughtful."

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.
