Апарт-отели во Французской Полинезии

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"Прекрасное месторасположение апартаментов, в трех минутах от Моста Любви и от санатория Mercur с бассейном с минеральной водой. Очень внимательное и доброжелательное отношение хозяина апартаментов и персонала. Качественная уборка, которую обеспечивают две прекрасные женщины. Сами апартаменты просторные, чистые, комфортные. Удобные кровати и диван. Хорошая кухня. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества!"

Немного шумноват кондиционер. На кухне немного маловато кухонных принадлежностей, например, нет чайника. Но это такие мелочи, которые совсем не могут испортить прекрасного впечатления от отдыха в апартаментах.

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

The road to the property is a little bumpy

Сам номер и санузел требует ремонта. и нет шторки в душе, но со временем привыкаешь к этому.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.
