The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

В этом районе нет не одного магазина .В ресторане заказали сома с грибной подливкой её было настолько много что вкус рыбы не почувствовали, картошка была с чернотой ,салат тоже был не свежий .Заказали утку мясо уже было не первой свежести, Ожидали намного лучше 😔

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)
