"Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Отдыхали 7 дней с 16 февраля. Плюсы: отзывчивый Имран, расположение, чистота, бельё капельно белое, ежедневная уборка, пополнение воды, чай, кофе, сахар, выдали зубную пасту и щетки, плед для ребенка, сушилку для белья принесли, балкон открыли. Чудесный, чистый, с подогревом, с детской заной бассейн с белыми полотенцами, зонтами, лежаками и лаунж зоной. Удивил вертикальный огород с зеленью на лаунж зоне. Для салатик а всегда можно сорвать разной зелени. Приятно пахнет в коридорах. Два лифта.Заказали такси до аэропорта за 150 дирхам Аль Мактум. Кухонной утвари вполне хватало."

Мебель нуждается в обновлении. Не было горячей воды, вызывали ремонтника, сделал. Не работал сейф, при этом взяли 200 дирхам за сохранность. Нужно проверять все. Трансфера на пляж в воскресенье не бывает, в другие дни нужно записываться с вечера. На рецепш. по английски тебя слабо понимают через приложение переводчик. У нас заболел ребёнок, так мы ходили в соседний Космополитан там девочки русскоговорящие помогали. К стати, в аутлет молл трансфер от Космополитана. Можно с ними ехать без проблем. Даже на пляж с ними в воскресенье ездили, возле "паруса" зона. Хотелось бы что бы балкон открывался без отдельного вызова и был бы с минимальной мебелью. Дороговато.

Завтрак очень однообразный, последние 2 дня даже не ходила на завтрак. Можно позавтракать в кофетарии за эти же деньги намного вкуснее.

Woke up every morning around 6 from the dogs barking.

"Очень хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал в ресторане, уборщицы, чинящие. Интересный формат отеля - лабиринты к каждым апартаментам. На территории много котов, к ним хорошее отношение. Номера убирают, сами номера просторные. Обменник сразу около отеля, но курс лучше в обменнике , что вниз по улице и налево. На территории отеля идут ремонтные работы, отель по-тихоньку приводят в порядок, улучшают и чинят. По отзывам сомневалась, брать ли его или нет. Но не пожалела нисколько, мы остались довольны. WiFi очень хороший в номере, рутер в самих апартаментах был. На территории отеля тоже хороший интернет был в разных точках."

Конечно, отель старенький, требуется освежить его: мебель, ремонт в апартаментах. Но видно, что постепенно они этим занимаются. Завтрак и ужин не шведский стол,а приносят порционно. Нам хватало, но тем, кто привык к разнообразию и поесть до отвалу, не подойдёт. Завтраки одинаковые, а ужины разные.

Отсутствие магазинов, даже нет элементарных лавочек с сувенирами.

Сами апартаменты хорошие. Но подъезд ободранный , краска отваливается….! И основное-цена была увеличена на 10 €, ( объяснили что апартаменты которые мы забронировали- заняты.) Было не принято, на улице -11 , такси уехало😱, нам ничего не осталось как согласится на повышение цены.( хотя апартаменты те же)

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

Le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas sur mon téléphone.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.
