Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

Был очень плохой запах из первого туалета - мы им не пользовались. Нет крючков на стенах в прихожей - некуда повесить сумку, шляпу. Нет крючков в спальне - некуда повесить халат. На 6 ночей было положено только 2 маленьких кусочка мыла, пришлось просить еще. Диван не был почищен - на нём был песок. Не знаю должна ли была производиться уборка… Но за 6 ночей у нас ни разу не убрали апартаменты. Всё остальное хорошо.👌

За 2.5 дня проживания, ни раз не поменяли полотенца и не делали уборку. Но за эти деньги в принципе всё хорошо 👍

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"Я ожидала комнату отеля, но по итогу это была практически мини-квартира, в которой можно жить и дольше: есть плита, чайник, посуда, постирочная. Есть всё необходимое для душа. Светло, чисто, рядом круглосуточный магазин; пешком до метро очень близко, особенно понравилось расположение рядом с метро City Hall, так как мне часто назначались встречи в районе Орчард."

В постирочной две стиральные машины, но одна - старая, там не видно, сколько минут она будет стирать. Если вы не намерены менять машинку, обязательно сделайте наклейки с цифрами, сколько минут займёт стирка в этом режиме. А так же я бы сделала частью услуги -- оставить гостю немного моющего средства для стирки, потому что рядом нет магазина со средством. А еще не очень удобно с ключом в телефоне, так как при этом нет возможности выйти из дома без телефона. Правда, я не спросила, можно ли получить ключ-карточку. Но в целом, это всё не страшно!

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"Настоящий Кипр. Тихо, чистый воздух. Чудесная, радушная хозяйка. Хороший бассейн. Центр острова. С машиной, все рядом. Очень понравилось."

"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.
