"Lovely location and grounds. Pedro was friendly and gave us great advice for where to eat. The facilities were just what we needed. Secure parking. Lucky the dog was lovely too!"

The one thing that was missing was a sharp knife to peel oranges.

"- чисто - горячая вода с хорошим напором - владельцы отзывались на просьбы быстро - закрытая зелёная территория - две спальни - хороший вайфай Хороший вариант для имеющих байк и устойчивых к шуму и комарам) До пляжа двадцать минут быстрым шагом."

Трудно писать о минусах, потому что видно, что семья старается сделать всё возможное для комфорта гостей. Но, видимо, национально-культурные различия в образе жизни не позволяют понять, что можно улучшить. Поэтому перечислю всё, чего нам недоставало и было дискомфортно. - самым большим минусом для нас были комары и шум с дороги. И эту проблему невозможно устранить без радикальных мер, потому что во-первых, все комнаты имеют сквозной проём на улицу между крышей и стенами дома, а во-вторых, над окнами и дверьми большие проемы, закрытые деревянными решетками. То есть, нет никакой звукоизоляции и препятствия для комаров. С пяти утра и до 12 ночи слышен шум с дороги, а в маленькой спальне это так, будто вы буквально спите на дороге. На кроватях есть антимоскитные сетки, но комары проникали и туда непонятно как. Владельцы дали нам репеллент, но он не подходил ни к одной розетке без переходника, да и смысла на такую большую площадь в этом нет. - второй дискомфорт для нас это посуда. Мы любим готовить сами, поэтому всегда ищем жильё с кухней. В этой квартире недоставало чайных ложек, глубоких тарелок и новой чистой разделочной доски. А также сковороды были старыми с содранным покрытием. Глубокие тарелки нам принесли, когда мы попросили. - не хватало столиков или тумбочек у кровати, ставили стулья. - странно расположены розетки (кстати, тип G) - на спальню одна розетка у входа. - нет потолочных вентиляторов - только маленькие на стенах. Их трудно настроить, чтобы обдув был комфортным. И ещё одна проблема, связанная с вентилятором - когда включён один в большой спальне, который находится на стене смежной с маленькой спальней, человек, спящий в другой спальне ощущает сильную вибрацию.

"Место расположение -восторг, в соседнем здании центральный универмаг, в 500 метрах улица с разменом денег, близко автобусные остановки. Квартира полностью оборудована до мельчайших деталей: стиральный порошок, шампуни, туалетная бумага. На кухне есть все, о чем можно подумать в путешествии: кофеварка, ручной блендер, микроволновка, духовка и варочная поверхность, всякие мелочи как венчик для взбивания! В каждой комнате есть салфетки и небольшая мусорка! Восторг от того, что все эти мелочи продуманы. И не нужно сразу бежать и покупать ничего из бытовых вещей-только наслаждаться отдыхом. В квартире установлены замки с кодом-паролем. Без проблем заселились даже в поздний час. Выселялись тоже самостоятельно, хозяин согласился без проблем на немного запоздалый выезд. Удобно было для каждого из нашей семьи-не нужно передавать никакие ключи, и можно разделиться и вернуться домой не вместе."

Нужно быть готовым что квартира находится на последнем этаже, дом без лифта. Достаточно твердые матрасы, понадобилось пару дней чтобы к этому привыкнуть.

"The apartment welcomes us in a sparkling clean condition with all the home equipment that we need. It has a private car park with security, we felt safe around the neighbourhood. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in a very convenient neighbourhood. Will surely recommend!"

"Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

Have no complaints.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

"Мне очень понравилось жить у Маки . Это целые хоромы в аутентичном грузинском стиле , кто понимает , тот поймёт. Возникали небольшие проблемы , связанные с технической стороной , но это не проблема хозяина , это в целом типичная история для Грузии."

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.

"The garden is amazing! We stayed there in early October and the trees’ colors were stunning. Huge congrats to the gardeners! Also the breakfast was great with many tasty local products."

The houses are well equiped and designed, however in some cases design is over function f.ex.: living room area cannot be fully covered by blackout curtain and throught the non-covered part people can exactly see the ones stepping out from the bathroom. Light and odor extraction system is automatically switches on, even in the night and also when you pass by the toilet (no need to step in). There is no towel rack in the bathroom, no bedside table next to the bed. TV is literally cannot be used in the bedroom as there is only HDMI possibility or Austrian tv channels, not even Hungarian ones (DUNA Tv and M2 only). Netflix can be used only in the living room. There are too many small, but even more annoying, minor flaws, which is a real shame because the place itself is beautiful.

"Apartment was clean and well equiped, lots of parking places near by and great bonus was the pool, especially for kids. The location is very quiet, and everything is easily accessible from it. The host was very helpful and kind allowed us to check in earlier, which was wonderful after a very early flight. I definitely recommend it — my family and I had a great time."

Apartment is very nice but it’s located in an ugly staircase which isn’t the owner fault though of course

"Местоположение супер. Всё в шаговой доступности. До центрального рынка - 6 минут. До центра минут 20-25. Рядом есть магазины и хороший фудкорт SAS. В номере есть отопление и хороший напор горячей воды, белье чистое, есть плитка и кухонные принадлежности. Для особо не притяжательных туристов самое то. Рекомендуем."

"Дом находится вдали от городской дороги, очень тихо, вид на горы из окна в спальне, из кухни вид на стоянку. Я брала в аренду машину и было удобно, что рядом с домом. Не далеко супермаркет, где можно купить всё необходимое."

Для меня слишком плотная подушка, но это очень индивидуальное предпочтение.
