"Очень все понравилось. Море близко, на побережье есть навес, лежаки. Номер отличный,, в наличии все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Оборудованная кухня, в которой все есть, очень порадовало наличие питьевой воды. Есть стиральная машинка, утюг и пылесос, два санузла, что тоже очень комфортно. Новая мебель, очень удобные матрасы и подушки. Возле номера есть своя территория для отдыха, мангал. Подземный паркинг. До ближайшего магазина 2 минуты на машине, чуть дальше есть супермаркет и рынок. Очень приятные хозяева. Обязательно приедем ещё раз."

"Amazing location!! At the heart of The Pearl, right by the beach (private beach) and 5 minutes away from the Gewan Island and Abraj Bay. The host was very quick to respond and to accommodate us, thank you very much!"

"The accommodation is a little out of the way, but is an absolute winner in terms of price-performance ratio. There is nothing missing. About a 25 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the top restaurant Papa Figo. To the beach, turn left and go straight on. There is also a bank branch with an ATM on the way."

"The apartment welcomes us in a sparkling clean condition with all the home equipment that we need. It has a private car park with security, we felt safe around the neighbourhood. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in a very convenient neighbourhood. Will surely recommend!"

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

"1. Расположение: очень близко от автобусной остановки, где часто ездят автобусы разных маршрутов и откуда можно уехать в центра, а далее в любую точку Маэ. 2. Шикарный вид на маленький сад и океан, приятно каждое утро встречать рассвет. 3. Хорошо укомплектованные техникой и мебелью апартаменты. 4. Хозяйка приветствовала корзинкой с бананами, а в заключительный день разрешила выселиться позже, т.к. никто не заезжал в этот день."

Единственный небольшой минус в том, что в пешей доступности нет пляжа и(или) достопримечательностей.

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

"Мне очень понравилось жить у Маки . Это целые хоромы в аутентичном грузинском стиле , кто понимает , тот поймёт. Возникали небольшие проблемы , связанные с технической стороной , но это не проблема хозяина , это в целом типичная история для Грузии."

"Llegamos con las indicaciones pero no teniamos red para pedir o avisar por las llaves. Justo vi los datos en el mail y en la puerta del dpto pude conectarme a wi fi y nos contactamos con el anfitrion. Todo excelente !!!"

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente, el 4to día. Esperabamos un resarcimiento. Si bien dijimos que no habia problemas, no era el servicio que habiamos contratado.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No complaints. All was well.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

"Отлично. Апартаменты рядом с аэропортом, встречают и провожают. Очень комфортно: территория с доступом по электронному ключу, есть полноценная кухня с посудой, оставляют немного продуктов для самостоятельного приготовления. При необходимости, до центра города и обратно легко доехать автобусами, ходят очень часто, в апартаментах есть подробное описание, как пользоваться автобусами. Полно магазинов и кафе на основной дороге у аэропорта, пешком идти 10 минут. Вай-фай в апартаментах отличный. Цена ниже, чем в большинстве мест в Хониаре. Спасибо большое Эллис и Джону."

В окрестностях нет пляжей, пригодных для купания.

"Very cosy apartment in a quiet location. Well-equipped kitchenette Easy parking in the nearby street Shops are available within a few minutes drive time."

There is only one power socket in the sleeping room, and it does not work (well) as the holes are too loose to uphold any charging device. A multi-socket cable connected to a repaired socket would be appreciated. In the kitchenette, there is some coffee and tea provided, much appreciated. Oddly, there is no sugar but salt. Sugar would be more useful than salt.
