"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

В принципе все понравилось, только не было вайфай в номере, как объяснил персонал нужно было при бронировании номера указывать необходимость в вайфай. И девушка администратор была не очень дружелюбной. В остальном без нареканий."

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

Internet access is frequently down.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"Я ожидала комнату отеля, но по итогу это была практически мини-квартира, в которой можно жить и дольше: есть плита, чайник, посуда, постирочная. Есть всё необходимое для душа. Светло, чисто, рядом круглосуточный магазин; пешком до метро очень близко, особенно понравилось расположение рядом с метро City Hall, так как мне часто назначались встречи в районе Орчард."

В постирочной две стиральные машины, но одна - старая, там не видно, сколько минут она будет стирать. Если вы не намерены менять машинку, обязательно сделайте наклейки с цифрами, сколько минут займёт стирка в этом режиме. А так же я бы сделала частью услуги -- оставить гостю немного моющего средства для стирки, потому что рядом нет магазина со средством. А еще не очень удобно с ключом в телефоне, так как при этом нет возможности выйти из дома без телефона. Правда, я не спросила, можно ли получить ключ-карточку. Но в целом, это всё не страшно!

Местоположение мне понравилось. Я не люблю шума и большого количества народу и это место просто очень мне подошло. Еще раз спасибо большое! Если я еще когда-нибудь окажусь в этих местах, то надеюсь поселиться именно в этих апартаментах."

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Останавливались на четыре ночи. Отличное расположение. Очень близко до станции Jett Abdali, откуда идут экскурсионные автобусы, и до супермаркета. В улучшенном номере большие окна в гостиной, рядом нет зданий, вид на Голубую мечеть. В спальне окна нет, удобная кровать. Достаточно тихо, не самая центральная улица. Есть утюг, гладильная доска. На кухне электрическая плитка и чайник, набор посуды, небольшой холодильник. Приятный, отзывчивый хозяин. Помог с обменом валюты, напоил кофе. Заранее договаривайтесь о времени прибытия. Консьержка не всегда на месте"

На здании нет вывески, ориентируйтесь на номер дома. Очень холодно ночью, пришлось спать в одежде.

The road condition to the Apartment

Единственное что не понравилось это неудобная дорога до гостиницы,если допустим у вас нету машины вам прийдется обходить очень много

The cooker didn't work

"Beautiful villa and room with friendly staff. Very spacious and comfortable and right on a beautiful beach. There are no activities or restaurants on site however we are within walking distance of everything. There is a bar by the pool."

"Останавливались с мужем на 2 ночи в октябре 2025 года на 3 этаже. Хозяйка аппартаментов приятная и интеллигентная женщина. Аппартаменты находятся вблизи океана, в шаговой доступности от Медины, порта, крепости. Вокруг много магазинчиков и кафе. В комнатах достаточно чисто, они оформлены с марроканской аутентичностью. Чистое белье и полотенца- меняли ежедневно. На кухне есть посуда и моющее средство. Горячая и холодная вода подается с хорошим напором. На окнах - плотные шторы."

Нет фена. Но, возможно, его нужно было просто попросить у хозяйки. Я обошлась своим феном.

"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

У нас задержали рейс, мы приехали поздно вечером, нам написали, код от двери и что ключ лежит в конверте справа. В итоге мы приехали, был сильнейший мороз, одеты мы были легко, вещи в чемодане. Не смогли попасть даже в здание на ресепшн. Ключ был между двумя дверьми при входе, небольшой предбанник. Нам не сказали, что наш номер находится совершенно в другом здании. Звонили в роуминге, это дорого, ватсап нам не сказали. Мы промерзли и понервничали, пока поняли куда идти.
