"The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded with nature and easily reachable by feet to the Oberlaa Therme."

"The ventilation in summertime could be better: because of the small roof windows it was impossible to ventilate the room sufficiently."

"Sehr tolle Lage am Kurpark, ruhig und erholsam. Gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit österreichischen Speisen und Budvar aus dem Tank. Wasserkocher wurde auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Zimmer geräumig und ruhig. Der Bus Richtung Zentrum fährt direkt vor dem Hotel los. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt."

"Das Hotel ist wirklich ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Die Lage ist prima, und nahe verschiedener Skilifte. Es bietet eine sehr kompetente Betreuung der Kinder, sowie ausreichend Möglichkeiten den Tag abwechslungsreich für und mit den Kindern zu gestalten. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist auch noch ein Spieleland, welches vor allem auch nochmal für etwas größere Kinder spannend ist (3-8Jahre). Es gibt einen kleinen Streichelzoo und einen netten Badebereich, soweit eine coole Kletterwand. Man kann sich, vom Hotel auch alles mögliche an Rodeln, Bobs, Fahrrädern mit Anhängern, oder Kinderwaegen ausleihen. Auch die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig gerrauemig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Betrieb wird sehr liebevoll geführt und auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich. Fein ist es ebenfalls, dass die Kinder sogar im Restaurantbereich, sowie bei der Bar, ein nettes Spielzimmer haben, sodass man "in Ruhe" essen kann."

"We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and were extraordinarily kind to our young daughter. The food at all meals was very good and catered for all tastes. We chose to also eat lunch a number of times in the hotel restaurant which was always very good. We were often the only people there which is a shame. I apreciate that others may have chosen not to eat at lunch because of expense or being up the mountins but hotel could perhaps promote to guests that lunch is available in their restaurant. The play room for kids has amazing staff. Our daughter was happy there for hours!"
