"Уютно, вкусный завтрак. Рядом станция Rum — городская электричка едет минут 7 до центра Инсбрука. Есть магазины и Мак."

"В ванной стоит датчик движения. Когда моешься в душе или долго сидишь на белом камне, может внезапно отключиться свет. Странное решение, если честно. Нет кондиционера. Если на улице жарко, то, скорее всего в комнате душно. Но мне повезло, на улице было свежо."

"Шикарный завтрак. Отличный интернет. Хорошая бесплатная парковка перед отелем. Чисто. Рядом остановка городского трамвая и жд станция. Очень легко подъехать на машине."

"Было недоразумение при заселении, но это была чисто человеческая ошибка которую отель устранил. Холодильника в стандартном номере не было ( в некоторых отзывах пишут что есть). Он и не заявлялся и нам это не мешало. Кондиционеров тоже нет, опять же нам было комфортно несмотря на то что номер под крышей и на улице было 30 днем."

"The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!"

"The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge."

"Friendly, easy check in. Lovely hotel. Great location, 2 minutes walk from train station- easy to get into city. Room is large and we’ll set up."

"It’s an older hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. Its location is an easy 10 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. Breakfast was great!"

"The front desk staff was really helpful, they provided us with tips for restaurants when we arrived (Sunday night), the breakfast was really really good the staff once again were super nice and helpful."
