"Невозможность выпить кружку пива после сауны. Полностью безалкогольный отель. Не ожидал такого подвоха. Пора в booking.com метки ставить - типа как "Подходит для людей с ограниченными возможностями" или "Можно с домашними животными". Метка "No alko" была бы полезна."

В непосредственной близости расположен ТЦ, в котором есть отличный кинотеатр. Сауна в отеле отличная, вместительная."

"Вода в бассейне очень даже комфортная, теплая..... но из-за маленького размера бассейна, небольшой глубины и, главное, вообще неработающего инженерного оборудования (находится в крайне удручающем положении) этот плюс не имеет никакого значения... в бассейне делать вообще нечего с детьми и без них..."

"Our stay at the Malek Regency Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel facilities were outstanding and we were greeted with a genuinely warm and professional welcome at reception. Our corner room on the fourth floor was superb, offering comfort, space, and breathtaking views of Trebevic. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet selection of both hot and cold options to suit all tastes. The fitness centre and sauna were of a very high standard and added greatly to our experience. With a late flight on departure day, the hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to keep our room for several extra hours at no additional cost, which was hugely appreciated. A truly five-star experience — we wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also very clean and fully equipped. The TV worked fine. The breakfast was amazing - a huge choice and everything I tried was great."

"The bed was too stiff for me and the air-conditioning was set to warm, with no possibility to change the temperature setting. I could change the ventilation speed and that worked in combination of occasionally opening the window. The WiFi was poor (oscillated from full strength to lost connection)."

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and comfort were all top-tier. I highly recommend it and would happily return!"
