"It is better than the photos. There is a kitchen and dining area. It is in a residential area and about 20 mins walk into town. Also plenty of minibuses from the main road."

"How spacious the location is. The bedroom photo looks much smaller than it was in person. And the neighborhood was super quiet. And I liked the location. It was among other homes so the experience would be great for tourists who want to experience rural living here with great amenities. 😊 The hot water and internet were consistent. And there were a fresh towel, soap, linen and toilet paper. It's the little things. 😊The host was was super helpful as well. She even hunted down a bottle opener when I told her nothing was in the apartment. That was sweet. 😊"

"The property has a genuine Bajan vibe about it. It's old, it creaks a bit and it won't win any award for modern minimal design... and it's all the better for it. You instantly feel at home. Beds are comfy, everything's clean and where you expect it. My visit was for a work trip so super impressed with the wifi speed and its stability which is rare for such places. Beaches, boardwalk, bar a restaurants all within a five minute walk. Host greeted us on arrival so no faffing around with key locks. There's many luxurious, five-star, modern accommodation options in Barbados. This is not one of them. Instead, you have a lovely, homely apartment in which you can't help to feel properly embedded into to the local culture. Highly recommended and proof you don't need to remortgage to enjoy Barbados."

"Outstanding private Villa in a secluded garden setting close to the main beaches in Hastings and only a short walk to Carlisle Bay / Garrison area of Bridgetown. Well equipped kitchen and great restaurants and supermarkets close by. Excellent communication from Dave and Ester and great support from the next door neighbours Indira and Orlando who were there to greet us and who couldn't have been anymore helpful."
