"Нам достался номер с винтовой лестницей в туалет и ванную. Даже чтобы элементарно помыть руки нужно было подниматься вверх, это очень непросто, все время бились головой. Туалет без двери. Мне приходилось выгонять мужа из номера, чтобы сходить в туалет. А когда он спал утром, я не могла сходить в туалет, приходилось ждать пока он проснется и уйдет из комнаты. Комната очень темная и находиться там не хотелось. В основном сидели в саду, но туда спустить продукты или чай было тяжело, много крутых лестниц"

"Очень дружелюбная пара, все в доме, саду ,завтрак сделано с любовью, все продумано до мелочей.Мы жили в Акации. Очень понравились халаты и одноразовые тапочки, прекрасный душ.Ночью ходить в туалет по винтовой лестнице для взрослых женщин уже нелегко, но нам предложили экстра туалет между этажами.До автобуса идти 6 мин, ехать до центра минут 10.Спасибо Хильде и Джорджу за билеты на автобус и поезд и прекрасный отдых"

"Lovely hosts and amazing breakfast, all homemade with lots of choice. Cheese from local farms and always served with a funny story about the cheese or cheesemaker. Very nice couple who helped us with bus tickets and general directions and advice for making the most of Ghent. I travelled with my 2 kids (13 and 10) and the room was more like an apartment. Very cosy and nice views over the garden. Would definitely return!"

"It was all really nice and high quality. However, you aren't in the middle of town but you could walk there at a push and there is a bus nearby..Easy parking too and I was happy to not move my car for the whole stay and just walk and take the bus. Other than location (which I knew when I booked), it was perfect ♡"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Emma. The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, offering a perfect retreat. What amazed us was the convenience—it took us only about ten minutes to get to the downtown area by bus. Best of all, the host was exceptional. They were so welcoming and attentive, giving us great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly well taken care of."

"Lovely stay with lots of personal touches from the hosts i.e. candy left on our pillows, superb breakfast presented beautifully, our room was incredibly well-equipped with a super complete minibar and everything else we could possibly need, we also loved the books/pens provided to keep our toddler busy! This really felt like being 'at home' :-)"

"The rooms felt quite cold at night (the heating turns off automatically, as we heard from the hosts). This would not have been an issue for me and my husband as we stayed well covered under the duvet but this was not possible to control for our 2-year-old son. He already had a bit of a cold when we arrived at the property and the low temperature in his room made things worse. I believe the hosts would have accommodated if I had let them know in advance, unfortunately I realised the issue too late."
