"Отличное расположение. Самый-самый центр, но на пешеходной и тихой улице. Аутентичный старинный дом, 200-летняя лестница. Рядом есть множество кафе и ресторанов разного класса и на разный вкус и кошелёк. В пешей доступности многие достопримечательности и музеи. Центральный вокзал в 7 минутах пешком. Очень заботливый хозяин."

"1) Установить дополнительную сушилку для полотенцев. А сами полотенца переместить на крепление в стене, чтобы они занимали меньше места. 2) Установить на улице табличку с названием апартаментов. 3) Лестница прекрасная, историческая, но очень узкая и крутая. Обращать на это внимание тех гостей, которые боятся крутых ступенек, или имеют больные суставы, или большие чемоданы."

Access to the property was exactly as described and my host was incredibly helpful, forwarding a list of local recommendations for dining, drinking and visiting. Super-central and on a small street, but with windows closed, there is no noise at all. The little kitchen downstairs with coffee was a bonus. And the stairs fairly unique but manageable. The room was very white and simple and it was easy to imagine that I'd been taken back into an earlier time. It was very central and therefore very convenient. It was also surprisingly quiet, even though it's so close to the centre of the city."

"One of the features of the property is a superb old spiral staircase. The details suggest you don't bring big bags, but there's only so far you can go with this if you are staying for several days. I have to admit that I found the stairs really challenging, particularly when I arrived and when I left. I also found it difficult to locate the property. I think there was a picture in the details I was sent but there's a lot to sort out when you arrive in a new city for the first time. I realise that it's better for security if it's not obvious that this is holiday accommodation, but maybe there is a better way to sort this out. I also realise that it's not possible to meet all guests, but I didn't pick up from the details on Booking that this was not a staffed accommodation. One small thing would be to offer some slightly softer pillows."
