"С открытым окном мешает шум дороги,что проходит прямо под балконом,нет душевой кабинки,душ заливает весь санузел.Катастрофически не хватает освещения в комнате,кухня не оборудована для длительного проживания,вся кухонная утварь старая и по минимуму,один стул и неудобная кровать. Аппартаменты больше напоминают берлогу холостяка ,чем гостевую комнату."

"Not bad location in Plovdiv. Elevator in the building. Apartment equipped with a hair dryer, microwave, and TV. Towels and bed linen were clean and freshly washed. Friendly, easy-going host. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth."

"Cleaning was careless – surface-level tidying, but dirt in every corner (as shown in attached photos). Hair dryer damaged and making worrying noises. No curtains or blinds, only a see-through sheer. Parking listed in the offer turned out to be just a public spot indicated by the host. No trash bin in the apartment (only a bucket under the sink, but it was full of cleaning supplies)."

"Great location close to the city center, with easy access to everything. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful. Parking was available upon request, which was convenient."

"While the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, it could benefit from a more thorough, professional deep clean — some amenities didn’t feel as fresh as expected. The bed sheets were clean and comfortable, though. The apartment is located on a busy boulevard, so there’s noticeable street noise throughout the night. However, once the windows are closed, the sound insulation is quite effective."

"The apartment has a large bed but the mattress is unfortunately already worn out. Balcony is okay but in front of it stop directly a much and fast-traveled street."

"You can see that the landlord is not interested in what his guests want, but what he does not want to be done in the apartment. That is why there is no hot plate. No washing machine and when the garbage bags were used up, he did not think it necessary to provide me with new ones. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There is no toilet paper holder. The refrigerator is very noisy at night, too few sockets (on the bed only if you move the bed). The shower is in the bathroom without proper drainage, which means that after you shower you walk all day through a wet and slippery bathroom/toilet. This is even dangerous. I can not recommend the apartment in any case. The pictures of the apartment were really taken in such a way that you can hardly see the flaws. (Like the shower without a separate drain)"
