"Персонал очень отзывчивый и внимательный. Завтрак восхитительный, разнообразный и очень вкусный. Номер прекрасный, просторный, большой смарт ТВ, сейф, утюг и гл. доска, чайник. На столе был приятный презент из пирожных, две бутылочки воды. Еще две пустых бутылки для наполнения водой из колера (он стоит в коридоре). В номере тело и уютно. Есть тапочки, но нет халатов."

"Две сауны и всего два лежака. Нет ни одного стула или скамейки, где можно еще передохнуть. Нас было четверо и это ОЧЕНЬ неудобно!"

"Ужин, к сожалению, не понравился.. долго, мало и даже не предложили чаю и десерта. Еще и приходилось объяснять что у нас включен полупансион, а не за деньги… вобщем, ужин не берите. 🤷‍♀️"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sofia and left genuinely impressed. The rooms are specious, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The spa was excellent, especially the staff. The service and the people really stood out, very attentive, professional, and consistently kind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the way management handled a small issue on their side. They addressed it immediately, made thoughtful alternative arrangements, and went far beyond what we expected to ensure we felt valued and taken care of. That level of care and accountability says a lot about how the hotel is run. I loved our stay there!"

"Amazing staff, very polite and cooperative people, responded to everything we asked and did it quickly. It makes everything else OK. Good equipped gym."

"Small room, no working place. It depends to what you would compare, in Nordics will be spacious, but for Sofia compared to rest of 5* hotels not. Breakfast was good, somehow very USA improved continental breakfast. Nothing missing, but for example in other 5* there are ready type of salads, here you got the ingredients, so if you want - prepare the salad by yourself. If the hotel is full, the breakfast restaurant might be small. Small things, not sure if it matters."
