"The north side of building was quiet and l was not disturbed by other customers. Staff were friendly. The room had fridge, coffee maker and microwave which I used. Television with cable was also appreciated. I found a parking spot in front of the main entrance and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping mall and a supermarket. The room was better than I expected."

"The area has an obvious drug abuse population which made me careful not to park at the back of the building. I had to be very aware of my surroundings when walking to shops and restaurants. The cleaning staff had missed several disturbing examples of uncleanllinous in my room."

"I was very skeptical based on previous reviews and the price, but it really surprised me. I'm not sure if it's different management or they've taken previous reviews seriously and rectified them, but it was surprisingly very clean and comfortable. I'm a professional airbnb cleaner so my expectations of cleanliness are high and I know where to look that most don't to assess cleanliness but it was very clean! I didn't end up staying at no fault of the motel. I just booked it in case I drank at the concert I was going to and I didn't drink so I decided to go home."
