"Complimentary coffee would have been nice and even a coffee maker......also had to buy a spatula but I left it there so others wouldn't be without lol..... But over all it was a great weekend"

"The host Dil was very approachable and humble. Provided all the support within his capacity, including extra comforter. Location was brilliant and supermarkets/ halal restaurants were at walking distance. Square one mall was only 10 mins by walk."

"My wife and I spent Valentine’s weekend at Cedar Gables, and it was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Niagara-on-the-Lake. From the moment we arrived, Daina and Hanz made us feel genuinely welcomed. "Fabulous location close to the ski hill and the village shuttle. Walking distance to the xc ski trail. This is a very well managed inn which is great value for money! They offer an informal continental breakfast which is not advertised in the listing. Staff are very helpful and responsive. There is a huge parking lot which is well maintained."

"Tony takes great care to make his guests feel at home. He'll explain his city to you and give you all kinds of tips where to go and what to do; he'll cook a wonderful breakfast for you in the morning; and he'll always be happy to have a chat, tell some stories or learn something new from his guests. Instead of doing the minimum he could get away with, he helps you out where he can and provides the kind of experience I'm sure he would enjoy himself when traveling. He also keeps the place super clean. Plus if you like meeting people, you can socialize a bit around the breakfast table. In summary I would say don't expect hotel vibes, more "visiting your uncle in Montreal". The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the metro and in a quiet street."
