The cosy Hotel Derby is a quiet place in Fiesch close to the narrow Rhone river, only a 5-minute walk from the centre. It is the perfect place for your hiking, biking or climbing holidays. The Derby hotel is located in the wonderful Goms valley in the unique Aletsch area with the longest glacier of Europe (Unesco protection). The Hotel Derby is well known for its balanced breakfast buffet. Half board (dinner) is available as well in cooperation with a neighbouring restaurant. There is also a bar at the hotel. Guests enjoy free tea and coffee throughout the day. There is a shoe drying machine at your disposal. A storage room for ski and bike equipment is also available.

"Мы остановились в отеле на одну ночь по дороге . Отель понравился. Все продумано. И сделано с любовью. Много картин ,и интересных вещей в интерьере, которые хочется рассматривать. Всё миленько . Постель удобная, завтрак простой, вкусный, без излишеств. В комнате холодильник есть. И у нас был первый этаж с дверью в сад. Милая девочка на ресепшене."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Derby. Our room was large and quiet with comfortable beds (two single beds pushed together). As it says in other reviews, everything is a bit old but everything works and is spotlessly clean and for us that is most important. There was a good selection for breakfast and coffee/tea was available for free during the day. They also sell some other drinks and snacks (self-service). It's convenient that the breakfast room can be used for playing a game (many available) or having a drink in the evening. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the railway station and center of the village where there are shops, restaurants, etc."

"Расположение идеальное. Из окна моего номера была видна Гроссмюнстер. До центра остановки 4 на трамвае. Такие удобства, как фен и полотенце, которые уже предоставлены для использования (т.к. я считаю, что это должно быть без депозита уже включено наравне с постельным бельем); Понравился контингент. Молодые люди/студенты; Также обратила внимание на то, что все мелочи продуманы для удобного проживания (удлиннители с розетками у кровати, много полочек, розетки в локере даже есть, чтобы оставить на зарядку без страха, что украдут); Понравилась возможность самостоятельного check out (у меня был ранний автобус)."
