"The hotel advertises ski access, but there is an important catch to be aware of. The discounted ski rate only applies if you pay for ski access for the entire duration of your stay. In other words, even if you stay for a week and only plan to ski on one or two days, you are still required to pay for all days to receive the discount. If you choose to ski on select days only, those days are charged at the full, non-discounted rate. This policy is not made very clear upfront and can be disappointing if you don’t intend to ski every day."

It was also inconvenient that there was no transfer to the cross-country skiing. I had to constantly call a taxi, but not all taxis take skis, which was extremely inconvenient. Breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the convenience of having a private ski school for our kids, plus direct ski-lift access straight from the hotel—a unique perk you simply can’t find elsewhere in St. Moritz. I genuinely can’t understand any negative reviews; this place truly captures the essence of the resort. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
