"Персонал быстро решал возникшие трудности, хоть на месте никого и нет, но есть телефон для связи на первом этаже. В ванной косметика фирмы Rituals, которую я обожаю. Номер оформлен с вниманием к деталям."

"В номере нет тапочек, а в сырую погода грязь по номеру разносится и пол холодный. На второй день уборщица забрала одно из полотенец и не положила свежее в замен."

"Небольшой отель в 5 мин.от центра на троллейбусе 6 и или 8. Достаточно близко к центру и вокзалу Люцерна, но далеко от шума. Очень уютное и спокойное место. Современная новая фурнитура. Приятным бонусом были кофе, вода, чай, лимонные напитки пиво, чипсы и кекс. Позавтракать можно в отеле Beau Sejoure (за 20 франков). Смарт check in. Но можно и по старинке в Beau Sejoure (500 m от Villa Maria). Можно оплатить Union Pay!!! Нам все понравилось, спасибо большое! A small hotel 5 minutes away from the center by trolleybus 6 and or 8. Close enough to the center and Lucerne train station, but away from the noise. A cozy and peaceful place. Modern new rooms. A nice bonus was coffee, water, tea, lemon drinks, beer, chips and cupcake. You can have breakfast at the Hotel Beau Sejoure (for 20 francs). Smart Check in. But you can also do it the old-fashioned way in Beau Sejour (500 m from Villa Maria). We liked everything, thank you very much!"

"Very convenient location. Functional and clean rooms. On the bus route. Parking across the railway line."

"Only one bathroom for two bedrooms. Not suitable for two couples. Parking was expensive."

"A nice walk along the lake from the centre of Lucerne. It had all the basics and just what was needed."

"Pitas quite spacious and comfortable. Appreciated having the kitchen in the basement. Location was great, with a pleasant walk along the lake to get to many of the places of interest."

"It’s a lovely, freestanding building with a nice façade and the back faces the lake. Our room (no. 9) was a loft apartment, on the third floor. It had a balcony with a partial lake view. The room was very spacious with the bed at one end and the bathroom at the other. There was also a sofa, a fridge and minibar (free, and restocked daily), and tea and coffee-making facilities. The room was bright and modern. Self check-in was smooth."

"The property doesn’t have parking in front; you have to leave the car in a car park on a parallel road, which requires payment during working days and Saturday daytime (at time of writing this was CHF15 a day), and which is not as near as it looks because you have to cross the train tracks. Another point is that breakfast was extra, (CHF19 pp), which, because of the high price already paid for the room we felt was rather excessive. Breakfast is not served at the property itself (it has no dining room or reception), but at a sister hotel down the road, the Beau Séjour."

"The virtual receptionists were very responsive and helped me with check-ins in few minutes. Self check-in and out are simple to navigate. Staff are well responding to queries of switching rooms. Views in the room not so fancy but better than nothing and photos on website well represents what you can get. The room is very clean and refresh, ventilation and cooling are both provided (which is rare across my stays with other private hosts). Lighings are ample in the room and not dark in cloudy and rainy days. Minibar is provided with a range of non-alchoholic and alchoholic beverages and topped up on a daily basis."

"It is a pity that the location of the hotel is slightly far from the city central, which is about 5 minutes away with bus. There is no elevator available so travelers with large suitcases need to take this into consideration."
