"Супер отель! Мы путешествовали по Перу, Боливии, Чили и о.Пасхи за 21 день сменили 10 отелей. Это лучший что был за все время поездки. Персонал очень хорош, следят чтобы вы были довольны своим пребыванием в отеле. Отель зеленый , очень тихо и красиво. Ресторан супер- вкусно и быстро. Придраться не к чему. Встретили проводили все объяснили по парку."

"Отель это что то шедевральное. Там прекрасные домики. Идеальный ресторан. Прекрасный завтрак. Идеальный ужин. Имеет смысл брать именно завтрак и ужин. Обратите внимание, что до отеля пешком от Аэропорта пешком далековато идти. Территория отеля великолепная, есть бассейн, есть спа зона с адекватными ценами на массаж. В номере есть все от халата и тапочек, до штекеров розеток чилийских. На территории отеля гуляют петухи, которые будят утром. Но это не мешает при закрытых окнах. Очень хорошие кондиционеры, туалет и душевая раздельны. Кровать идеальной жесткости, много подушек. Очень зелено на территории. Тут просто не к чему придраться. Идеальный отель 10 из 10. Одному Богу известно, почему при таком сервисе 4 звезды. Это 5 звезд и ноль претензий."

"The property looks very nice with the houses/rooms spread in the middle of a beautiful garden. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good and food at the restaurant excellent. The tours organised with an excellent guide who did her homework to provide a lot of information."

"Some details need to be worked out: The coffee is just horrible and the hotel should invest in a proper coffee machine. The towels in the bathroom need a little bit of softener. Laundry is fine but ironing (particularly of shirts) is not."

"Very minor things that could be improved like one more senior staff, one or two breakfast items (understandably that coffee is not quite up to standard but while everything is varied and very good, the bread is not - and there is bakeries with decent bread etc...). Description on Booking is a bit misleading, my room as such did not have pool view, not a problem since the garden is gorgeous but it could be better described"

"We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We hired a car from the hotel for the day so we could explore ourselves. We then had a half day excursion with a brilliant guide the following day. She was the president of (I think) the tourism board in Rapa Nui. Learning and seeing the Moais was definitely the highlight of the trip."

"We were told that the restaurant and bar was open from 1300 to 2200 daily. My only criticism is that on our final evening at dinner (we sat down approximately 2120 after watching the sunset at Abu Thahai) we were told that cocktails could not be served; only beer and wine. This is clearly not much of an issue but I was rather looking forward to a cocktail that evening (they were very good). I noticed that there was only one member of staff on duty. Perhaps she did not know how to make them or did into have time? Otherwise a fantastic stay and I would thoroughly recommend to others."
