"We loved our stay at Newen. The beds were comfortable and a portable AC kept the room cool while we slept. The breakfast was great with made to order coffee and a new sweet every day. What stood out the most was the staff - they went out of their way to help us with parking and were very responsive to all of our questions. Without hesitation, we would stay here again!"

"It has a great location in the middle of town. The staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but it's still ok. The room was attractive and the bed was comfortable. The price/quality ratio seems fair to me. There are only 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the hotel. I advise you to book one well in advance of your stay if you're driving to Pucón."

"It's not the hotel's fault but the new restobar opposite the hotel was pretty noisy. Perhaps time to invest in some better windows?"
