"С самого прибытия на остров мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями. Луис (наш хост) встретил нас с ожерельями из цветов и провел небольшую экскурсию показав нам лучшие рестораны, магазины и местные достопримечательности . Все наше пребывание он был очень внимателен и помог нам со всем, что нам было нужно. Нашел нам замечательного гида Кори, шофера такси и аренду машины. На все наши вопросы он отвечал с большой охотой и принимал участие во всем. Очень милый и приятный человек. Территория и сад великолепны и ухожены. Много цветов. В сильную жару было приятно посидеть на тенистой террасе . Спасибо огромное, Луис."

"The best for the whole stay were the people we have met! Starting with an incredibly welcoming owner Margquitos, our very knowledgeable and thoughtful guide Annette Rapu and finishing with accommodating Luis. Seriously, if you are looking for the guide Annette is the best you can get on the island!! She’s the owner’s sister and you can ask for her contact when booking hotel. We rented one of hotel’s cars which made transportation on the island very easy. The cabin looks exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen has all necessary equipment- pots, dishes, microwave and kettle, though we didn’t really cook. Towels were big and freshly washed. No soap and shampoo in the bathroom, so had to purchase some. Kids loved their beds (they slept on the bottom of bunk beds). Queen bed was also very comfortable. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t have enough time to actually enjoy it."

"The island has tricky phone and internet service in general. So no surprise that internet in the hotel was only in the common area of the reception. But we knew that before booking with them so no surprise here. Pillows in the queen bed were old and need to be changed. Even though we visited in mid November and the temperature was 22 C (72 F) the cabin got incredibly hot as the island sun is very strong! There was a big fan in the living room which helped some. Watch for the sun as it’s easy to get sunburn."

"A quirky little cabin stay on the edge of town. The room was adequate size, the bathroom was modern and clean. A bit of a walk - 20 minutes - from town but it was a nice, safe walk along the pavement.. back was uphill! Reception staff were amazingly helpful even with the language barrier. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport as part of the stay. I was able to rent a car through the lodge before I arrived. All in all a comfortable stay."

"Rangi Moana is lovely. The cottages and pods are well spaced out with gardens all around. The pool is a bit old but still nice and the communal area is a nice place to sit. It is a very peaceful place to stay. There is a small but reasonably well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The host provided an airport transfer both ways. Tour companies picked us up from the end of the lane just a few minutes walk away. We liked Rangi Moana very much, despite the distance from town."

"It is a long walk to the town centre, longer than google led us to believe and it was not always easy to get a taxi especially during the festival time. There is no aircon but there was a fan and the temperature drops a little at night so it was manageable."

"Very welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff! The transfer from and to the airport was great! On arrival, you get a flower garland around your neck. Also, I got a city tour from the guys, and they stopped at the tourist office for me to buy the national park ticket (didn't buy that online). They did very well! The accommodation is located in a nice and quiet area (surrounded by nature). The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this accommodation to other travelers!"

"The accommodation is a bit far from the city center (a 30-minute walk). Fortunately, you can rent a bike at the accommodation. I rented a bike for 3 days for a reasonable price! Although the accommodation is a bit far from the city center, there's a supermarket nearby the accommodation (within 5 or 10 minutes walk from the accommodation)."

"The property itself is excellent. However it desperately needs air con as u cook inside the pods. The fan was almost non existent in the brutal heat. The staff were excellent but u need translation as English is not spoken. Pick up and drop off to the airport was very welcome. If u want to be close to the action tho, it’s not for you. Half hour walk to town in the heat isn’t doable. You need a car or scooter. It’s off the beaten track. The pool is a bonus but if ur in Easter island surely u won’t be laying around a pool at any time"
