"This is a studio in an apartment complex. Collecting the keys was straightforward as the apartment complex has a concierge, with whom the host may leave the key with for you to pick up when you arrive. The studio was small but not cramped. We had a very comfortable time here for 4 nights. The bed mattress was firm. The kitchenette is sufficient to prepare simple meals. The shower worked well too. No complaints with the wifi as well. While the view from the studio on the 16th floor is blocked by other apartment buildings, we could actually see the sunset from the room, which was really lovely. The location of the apartment is very central and it was relatively easy to walk around - 400m to the La Moneda metro station, and about 1.5km to Plaza de Armas. There are also a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, e.g. Santa Isabel three blocks away."

"It would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in the kitchenette. The cleaning of the kitchenette could be improved slightly: a few of the plates had some stains and there was a half-opened water bottle in the room when we arrived."

"Un poco incomodo el uso de la cocina por los espacios, no tiene lavadora de ropa, llave del baño en mal estado, dice que tiene piscina y no se puede utilizar por arrendatarios."

"La ubicación está muy bien. El espacio y comodidad también. Se ubica cerca del centro y hay varios comercios cerca."

"La limpieza del lugar podría mejorar. Parece que la parte de la cocina no se limpia frecuentemente, en el refrigerador encontramos comida vieja. No proporcionan amenidades de baño, no olvides las tuyas, solo hay 1 rollo de papel de cortesia"

"Me gustó mucho el lugar, bastante bonito y cómodo, agradecida también que contaba con los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios para la estancia (incluyendo secadora de pelo ;D) buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo, anfitriona atenta y conserjes muy amables. Recomiendo y volvería sin duda. Gracias"
