"Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond."

В номере была вода с крышкой, которая открывается с открывашкой, а открывашки не было, это странно. Нет пасты и зубных щеток. А все остальное все прекрасно.

"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. "Our stay at Steigenberger was very pleasant, the same day we started with a spa treatment - the Pharaoh bath, we got a special deal two for one. We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️"

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

We were only informed after booking that we needed to pay extra for the towels, bedlinen and that we needed to pay a deposit. We didn't mind, but I don't like we were only told after booking.

"La struttura è a dir poco favolosa, immersa nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ma avrei fatto volentieri una settimana. L'appartamento molto grande, con un corridoio che affacciava sulla strada; dalla finestra della camera si vedeva il fiume. Ampio spazio per parcheggio ed inoltre l'host è una persona eccezionale che ha saputo anche consigliarci cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare bene e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. Stupendo tutto"

Arrivando di sera, quando già il sole era calato, abbiamo trovato la strada - per raggiungere il posto - abbastanza buia. Nessun problema, basta esserne a conoscenza

"This is a gorgeous hotel and location, not far from Caronado and Caracol Beaches. With a 15 minute drive to the shops and highway. I was greeted on the first day as soon as I arrived and shown to my room. There is a lovely swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen. The first night a family was having a party and invited me to join them, there was also an older couple, everyone was very friendly and respectful."

The first night I was a bit tired and just as I was going to sleep other guest were playing a game that kept me awake. That being said it was early in the night. Everything was quiet by 11:30pm. The room did have a weird smell, a mothball sort of smell, which is not something I like, others may be ok with. The wall were also thin as you could hear other conversations.

"It's a great place to see the Northern Lights. The house was cozy and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were very friendly and attentive."

The map needs updating.

"Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Очень приятная семья - было комфортно находится в этом гостевом доме. Чисто и уютно, тепло. Можно общаться на русском и английском языке."

Не указан номер дома на Букинге и нет никакой вывески или наклейки с логотипом букинга и названием на самом доме (воротах). Не нашел пароля для вайфая - его бы распечатать и повесить где нибудь в комнате либо в общественном пространстве.

"The villa was beautiful with great views and the location is super quiet in the middle of the jungle. If you do not have your own car there is an option of taxis arranged by the hotel staff to take you to town. The staff were amazing, booked all our tours which you will get cheaper than when booking with tour companies and the guides were great. Beds were also super comfortable."

"The Eco Guest House is located in the owners estate. The chalet type accommodation had the living area and bathroom downstairs whilst the upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds. The setting is absolutely wonderful for nature lovers. We did a bird touring with Wendy(the host) which was great and without her we wouldn't have spotted many of the birds. The balconies are great to sit and relax in and enjoy the bird life."

Очень ветрено, и крыша продувается ветром, очень шумно ночью. Также если вы не на машине, на общественном транспорте трудно добраться до парка Малолоджа. На велосипеде или машине - нет проблем. Но за ту же стоимость проще арендовать огромный комфортный дом в самом парке, где работает кафе. Также была проблема с горячей водой в душе.
