"Природа в отеле замечательная высажено очень много различных цветов. Все было хорошо, персонал старался обращать внимание на просьбы и решать вопросы. Расположение отеля хорошее можно сказать что на первой линии."

"A nice, relatively large resort in the Punta Uva area, right next to the beach. Large rooms, nice bathroom. The receptionist Maria was very helpful, proactive, and very willing to assist us."

"Apart from Marie, the service was not quite up to the standard of the prices we paid for accommodation. For example, we had to ask twice for an extra bed to be prepared, and it was only done the next day, after further visits to reception... That spoiled our mood a little."

"Breakfast was good. A few options were available. Room was clean but very plain, could use more electrical outlets. We had to make coffee in the bathroom lol. Overall not a big deal it just lacked design."

"The hotel & gardens were very clean. The staff was constantly cleaning & maintaining the facility to ensure it was in tip-top shape. Very friendly staff, nice location, lovely pool area. It was a short tuk tuk ride to other dining establishments if you wanted to venture out."

"It is a little hard to write a review about this hotel. This because everything is there, but it all feels unprofessional. First of all; everything you need is there. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, airconditioning works good. There is a nice and big pool. The area is 24/7 secured."

"Despite of all the facilities, it felt like the staff was very inexperienced. At the reception, the lady did not speak English. The cleaner asked every day if the room had to be cleaned, in stead of cleaning the room automatically. Be aware; the pictures suggest all the rooms are near the swimming pool, but there is a large building where the cheaper rooms are. There is not a garden view as they suggest (see picture). At last; there are only three a la carte options for breakfast; too little for the amount you are paying. They include coffee OR juice; they refuse to give you both."
