"Hôtel à la structure magnifique, à la fois solide et aérienne. Le personnel est adorable, chacun essaie de nous faire plaisir."
"Le petit déjeuner a besoin d'être amélioré : jus de fruits industriel alors qu' on apprécierait un jus naturel. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas variés et pas au top de leur maturité et fraîcheur. Pas de pâtisserie, ni de beurre, seulement de la margarine. Quel dommage ! J'aurais mis une note supérieure s'il y avait eu un bon petit déjeuner."

"Самое лучшее жилье, в котором я останавливался за недолгую поездку в Коста-Рику. Мягкая кровать, чистота, холодная вода в холодильнике, кофе, сахар, чай, ложки, вилки, ножи. Парковка возле дома. Натали - чудесный человек. Всегда рядом, если что понадобится. Все было по-домашнему уютно и мило. Крайне рекомендую это жилье, если планируете изучить окрестности Турриальбы. Помимо вулкана, есть пара водопадов недалеко от квартиры, Натали подскажет как добраться."

"Excellent food - we had several meals here and everything was outstanding. Great service and very helpful staff. Apartments were lovely as were the gardens and mountain views. There are three trails you can walk from Villa Calas - we did them all and all were lovely. Well located for visiting Poas Volcano and La Paz waterfalls which was the highlight of our stay."

"I\nLike to help clean and comfortable.The beds were and how obviously quiet they were meant to be.And the balcony was amazing addition. I found confusing.Where's the bathrooms had signs on them with specific numbers that seem to be assigned to room that were a little confusing.I'm not sure if there was a room there or if it was another room.It was a confusing sign that said number six or number five , but the bathroom souls probably could use more hooks on the wall , but other than that was great"
