"The staff were wonderful both before and during our visit, and they went out of their way to be helpful, particularly when I had an issue relating to my departure from the Dominican Republic. The room was very quiet as I had requested, and the location was excellent."

"Great location in the heart of Zona Colonial. Hotel is beatiful, loacated in the old mansion however rooms are renovated. The great advantage is a private garage as we arrived by car. We could park with no issues and for free. All necessary amenities in the very spacious bathroom."

"Lack of some maintenance and as an example pool area and the door lock, safe was loose and not to big so in reality easy to cary out, quick repairs all over. Then again somebody from the hotel was always there and available."
