"Мы посетили около 20 стран и это безусловно один из лучших отелей где мы останавливались. Близко к терминалу автобусов и к продуктовым магазинам, прекрасный вид на горы и облака, хороший приём хозяина Михаэля, помогающего с любым вопросом. Ванную часто моют и она была в отличном состоянии, теплая вода была без перебоев. На кухне порядок. Минусов за двухдневное пребывание не обнаружено. Для нас это место навсегда останется в нашей памяти, благодарим хозяев!"

"Great location and lovely hosts, we really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and I loved that a range of tea flavours were offered. We were also able to store our bags there the day we had a night bus, which was much appreciated."

"Breakfast was great, although a bit more pricey than what was available at nearby restaurants. Good location, short walking distance to local attractions and main street shops. Enjoyed interacting with guests from many nations."

"Many stairs, most rooms would not be handicap accessible. Although I think there are 2 or 3 rooms on the ground floor even the reception desk requires climbing stairs."

"Amazing location - great view and conveniently close to the centre. Nice and friendly host family - speaking Spanish, German and English. The possibility of using the kitchen is a great asset. Very practically equipped room, great internet connection."

"The surroundings were under construction by the time of my arrival. Quite a damp ceiling and a smell of mould in the room."

"Was easy to reach from the bus terminal and the owner here and his wife are so lovely and helpful. I’m a solo female traveller and felt very looked after. Beds were really comfortable and good showers. Nice areas to relax and outside balconies."

"Because of rain the bus I was taking to Mindo ended up taking 7 hours instead of 3,5, I ended up arriving at around 4 am. Roger was incredible and got up so I could check in and go to bed. Amazing place with super friendly staff!"

"The best accommodation in Tena. Clean rooms with everything you need for comfort. There is also a well-equipped kitchen available. I highly recommend this place, whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or with a group."

"Everything was perfect. The ownerfamily is superfriendly and very helpful. The hostel has a great communal kitchen and is in less than 5 minutes walking distance from city center and bus terminal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is easy to get around by public bus. We also booked a great amazon tour through the hostel."
