"Accommodations are very comfortable, clean and neat. Staff are super friendly. The walking trails are unbelievable with exceptional bird life and fascinating trees. The location just on the outskirts of town makes obtaining provisions a breeze."

"Приятный дом в полях. Вокруг очень тихо и спокойно. Прекрасно отдохнули - будто в гостях у друзей побывали. Симпатичный сад у дома с детской площадкой, батутом, беседкой с мангалом и креслами-гамаками. Есть балкон с мебелью и красивым видом. Оказались полезными буклеты с информацией о достопримечательностях района на столе в холле. Понравился завтрак (особенно свой мед и вкусный травяной чай). Анна приняла нас очень тепло. Будем рады вернуться."

"We spent a family gathering at Kerca Bio Farm and it was the perfect location that met all of our needs. The houses are all lovely, each has its own unique atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The farm is quiet and peaceful, perfect for recharging. Within walking distance you can reach the forest for a light hike. The Zöld Terasse offers tasty handmade food options. The hosts are very kind. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to visit it again in the future :)"

The Zöld Terasse restaurant has limited options for food and drinks. The food is handmade so it took very long to be served (1-1.5hrs). I personally don’t mind a slow life but it was a bit stressful with a bigger family including kids (12people). So I wish there would have been better preparation or warning for this.

Дети были в восторге от домика с лестницей, собаки и игрушек, а мы оценили ухоженную красивую территорию, много спальных мест, посуду и технику на кухне, чистоту и гостеприимство хозяев. Вокруг невероятно красивые горы и тишина, прекрасное место, в которое хочется вернуться."

На первом этаже была кухня-гостиная и душевая комната Имелось всё необходимое. На втором этаже спальня с небольшими гардеробными по обе стороны кровати и джакузи. Хозяин отеля оказался невероятно приветливым и гостеприимным. В отеле подаются завтраки, также можно заказать великолепный ужин. Возможно приобрести вина, оливковое масло, конфитюры собственного производства. Если вы окажетесь в Сан Марино, посетите это место, здесь всё было на высшем уровне!"

"الشاليه ممتاز ونظيف والمسبح جدا مناسب وانبسطوا فيه الاولاد و الجماعة محترمين جدا ومتعاونين. والأخ أبوالقاسم محترم و مريح في التعامل وما قصر بأي طلب. انصح فيه للعوائل الي يحبوا مكان مريح. شاكرين لكم."

"It's a lovely big property in a remote location, although the rooms we stayed in were old it's perfectly comfortable we joined for dinner which was a lamb asado and it was very nice, I'd suggest checking the price of a bottle of wine before you order as we ended up with one more expensive than we thought!. The breakfast was fairly basic but fine for us. It is quite expensive but for what it is, but it's also remote and there's really no other options unless you go to Gobernador."

"A wonderful place! A caring host! He left a New Year’s gift for us on the table. A place you truly want to come back to. Cozy, clean, and beautiful! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: dishes, a dishwasher, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Thank you for the warm welcome!"

"Complete privacy, it's wonderful! Before our arrival, they turned on the heating and warmed up all the rooms, it was very touching. We were busy during the day so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful views. The hosts are friendly and at the same time respect privacy, which is very valuable."

I didn't have enough evening light. But we didn't spend much time in the evening, we went to bed early. If you have poor eyesight like me, take care of your glasses.Also, my feet were cold, I didn't bring slippers, if this is important to you, don't repeat my mistakes

"Jovan is located by the river, and you can feel totally immersed in nature. The house even has swings outside and a volleyball net! We were given bikes to use and a big outdoor cooker and table. The house is really set up for use to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and our host even offered to take us fishing if we wanted. Inside, the house is clean and comfortable and very large for what we paid. We also loved the log burner! Overall we loved staying at Jovan and the kindness of our hosts."

There was no oil to use for cooking but that is all
