Support all along with immediate responses to my queries. I also did not understand how to set up air conditioning despite good advance explanations and I received immediate support. "The apartment is simply wonderful: the decoration is amazing, the house is cosy and super tidy, and you will find it equipped with everything you would need. This is particularly true about the kitchen: when I say everything, I mean it! Super-comfortable, adorable, close enough to walks in the woods, very easily reachable by Pra Loup, five minutes from the nice centre of Barcelonette. The washing machine is a plus, and the host was friendly and reachable. Wonderful experience, you will leave the house with a smile and a tear (for not staying longer)."

"Le logement était tout petit mais bien équipé, très propre et très bien placé. Le studio est en rez de chaussée dans une rue assez bruyante mais l'isolation des fenêtres est très efficace et quand elles sont fermées, on entend vraiment plus du tout les bruits de la rue. Il y a une petite climatisation qui fonctionne très bien et rafraichit l'appartement très rapidement. L'hôte a répondu à nos demandes (nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu) et il a été très arrangeant et disponible. Tout s'est très bien passé."
