"Заселилась поздно в отель ,что удобно так это расположение отеля от метро 1 минута .Это было очень хорошо . Номера есть разные по размеру .Изначально мне достался номер крохотный .Я знала ,что в Париже очень маленькие номера в гостиницах . Но что настолько не ожидала . Я попросила поменять из-за вида с окна . И Большое спасибо молодому человеку на ресепшен,он бесплатно переселил меня в из самый большой номер .Который был очень комфортный и вид из окна лучше намного . 6 этаж -хорошие номера . Впечатления о гостинице остались хорошие ."
"Сам район не очень .Но 1 минута от метро и просто переночевать -нормально .Рядом почти нет супермаркетов. Надо искать . Но к самому отелю претензий нет ."

"Недалеко от центра в красивом районе, рядом метро. Много кафе и магазинов . Компактный, очень уютный номер , кровать и душ великолепные !. Ежедневная смена постельного белья. Чайник, кофе, чай, сахар, а так же средства для душа и личной гигиены. Чистая и приятная обстановка во всей гостинице. Не хотелось уезжать. Рекомендую всем этот отель !"

"The decor of the room was quite lovely. The affordable price and the proximity to ethnic food were a plus. The rooms were cosy, and I loved the cute lights in the bathroom shower."
"The spa sauna thing I'm not sure how often it was cleaned and turned over, so I didn't like that much. Just given the mixture of water, heat and steam could be a breeding ground for disease if not properly/thoroughly cleaned."

"The hotel is located in a very cute neighbourhood. And although Pernety metro was closed at the time of my stay (August), Plaisance, the next stop is just a short walk and 4 boulangerie's away (yes 4!!). Lots of cute bistro's, local grocery stores, a big Monoprx and many independent boutiques near by. Also, an amazing Senegalese restaurant named Lokita a door away. The staff were very nice, friendly and informative and accommodated all my needs. I have severe dust allergies which trigger my asthma and I had notified them of this ahead of my stay. They deep cleaned my room and ensured that every trace of dust was eradicated and my allergies were not triggered. I am also very Covid cautious and the room was very well cleaned plus they gave me a lovely balcony room for fresh air flow. The bed was very comfy and the shower was strong."
"What I found was more inconvenient more than anything else, was the erm clothes hanging solution? If I can call it that. Instead of a wardrobe a hanging installation of circles is provided (in my room at least) for the hanging of clothes. It looks very cool but I was staying for 5 nights and it was just impractical. In the space of the hanging circles thing, a rail could have been put instead. It was ok, I made it work by double and triple hanging my clothes, but I would have preferred a rail or wardrobe."

"Хозяин просто потрясающий! Он нас встретил внизу в метро, п. ч. лифт не работал, Помог донести вещи, все показал. рассказал. Квартира великолепная, отопление отличное, душ безупречный, кровати супер. Кухня оборудована выше всяческих похвал. И в ванной есть все, что только можно себе представить, и даже больше. Во всем чувствуется огромная забота о гостях. Идеально чисто. Место просто прекрасное. Тут же и булочная-кондитерская, и продуктовая лавка, которая работает до 12 ночи, и в двух шагах 2 больших супермаркета. А красота какая! Самое сердце Монмартра. Если бы можно было поставить не 10, а 20 баллов, я бы поставила. My best accomodation in Paris EVER!"

"The stylish apartment was a real home with huge balcony and stunning views across the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV with English language channels. Bright master bedroom and a smaller room, which we used for our luggage. Private secure parking at the property and swimming pool. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's a 10 - 15 minute walk (mostly stairs) to supermarket, bakery, other shops, as well as the bus stop. From here it's easy to get to Monaco, Cap Ferrat and Nice. Further down the hill is the waterfront and the old town with numerous restaurants and more shops. We had great communication with the hosts prior to our arrival, to ensure a smooth check-in. Definitely the highlight of our 3-weeks trip through southern France. Highly recommended and would stay again."
