"Very friendly neighbourhood and a sociable place. I didn't realise it was located above a bar. So it is noisy and if you need a good rest then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are looking to socialise with the local people and feel a community vibe and mingle with nice, friendly and down to earth people. Then I most definitely recommend this place. It is a 6 minute walk to bus number 6, which costs 1 euro and takes you straight to the airport, in 15 minutes. There are lots of cheap restaurants and socialising places, along with convenient stores. It has everything actually:-) x"
"The toilet makes too much noise, as if you are using an airport toilet. Furthermore, the walls are a bit too thin, so you can hear people speaking. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. If something wasn't working, the landlord fixed it straightaway x positive vibes x"

"This is an amazing great place to stay if you are going to Lourdes! The cathedral is about 15 minutes easy walk. We came with a car and on the other side of the road there was public parking lot with enough free places (April). There is also a bakery on the other side, a pizzaria about 2 minutes down the road to the city center."

It was in the perfect location and was very clean and nicely presented. The instructions for getting into the apartment and the garage were very clear and easy to follow. An ideal place to stay when visiting Les Sables d'olonne. We really enjoyed our stay."

La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario con noi é stato eccezionale, abbiamo perso le chiavi e il primo dell anno è venuto a portarci un altra chiave 🔑."
