"В декабре очень холодно (на такой случай рекомендую заранее перед приездом гостей включить обогреватели, предоставить тапочки). Ковер нужно пропылесосить (весь в крошках). Ручка двери в ванную и смеситель в ванной сломаны. И в раковине только ледяная вода. На втором этаже в ванной свет не работает. Заказали ужин в номер (потому что все столы ресторана были забронированы в этот вечер), принесли стейки сухие, хотя мы заказывали медиум."

"The staff were extremely friendly. It was very pretty and the decoration was all in keeping with the Alsace style. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and there was a lot of choice. Having the bar and restaurant downstairs was so convenient. The restaurant menu was excellent. It was very popular."

"The check in time of 5pm was understandable but we had to wait after a long drive all day. There was nowhere to go and sit for a drink or coffee in the village. Traffic on the main road from Mulhouse was very heavy."
