Номер крошечный, но удивительно как в таком пространстве можно уместить буквально ВСЁ: спальное место, кухня с электроплитой, духовкой и печью, кофемашина, туалет с душем, раковина. Вид просто сказка! После заката в начале каждого часа (последний раз в 0:00) в течение 5 минут Эйфелева башня мигает огнями. Не упустите этот момент. Это незабываемо. Апартаменты расположены на чердаке. Лифт поднимается до 5 этажа и нужно пройтись 1 этаж наверх по лестнице. Рекомендую! Отличные апартаменты для тех, кто путешествует налегке и хочет пожить в центре Парижа с видом на Эйфелеву башню."

"Романтичное место! Вид из окна на парижские крыши и Эйфелеву башню. Она так близко! Красивый дом с внутренним двором, маленьким лифтом, двери в который надо открывать самому, и винтовой лестницей. В комнате вместительные ящики под окном, там же можно найти постельное и одеяла. Круто сделано освещение, несколько выключателей на разные зоны. В душе и туалете достаточно места. Пространство хорошо продумано. Посуда, большая раковина для мытья посуды, вместительный холодильник, плита, даже духовка (ей я не пользовалась), капсульная кофемашина. Есть пара плечиков, крючок над туалетом, крючок у раковины в комнате и что-то вроде небольшой реи. Все разместила. Матрас мне был удобен, но я легкая. Район тихий, красивый, безопасный."

"The location is fantastic! The bed is also surprisingly comfortable and while the property is compact it has everything you need and feels welcoming and cosy. After seeing the lights in person I also saw the tower light up from the window at 11pm,12pm and 1am (during the summer and holidays)! Stunning 🥹✨"

"There was nothing I disliked. It is just worth noting to access the property you need to enter a very small lift to floor 5 then climb a short flight of stairs to floor 6. Also when having a shower it floods the floor quickly and the loo has low water pressure. All small things that did not impact my stay overall, the views are the main attraction!"

"Unfortunately weather was very hot on our trip which made temperatures very uncomfortable. Fan cooled briefly and then gave hot air. Unable to leave window open as when we did we got a visit from a bat in the room. Not a host issue just unfortunate."

"The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement, very close to the Eiffel Tower, and offers the best view I’ve ever had—absolutely stunning, with a perfect sight of the tower. It was an incredible experience to watch the tower sparkle every hour right from the bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the owners provided detailed and precise instructions the day before arrival. The bathroom had everything needed, including a sink, toilet, shower, and heater. The location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the Eiffel Tower."

"The sofa bed, while comfortable, made creaking noises when moving. One downside was a neighbor who frequently slammed the door when leaving, which happened often since their unit lacked certain facilities. Additionally, the flooring outside the apartment was undergoing some kind of renovation, with only temporary planks to walk on."
