"The apartment is perfect: beautiful, very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bath and shower were fantastic. We had originally booked one night but after just a couple of hours there we decided to extend. The location is ideal, being only a couple of minutes walk to the tram stop. The place is central yet peaceful at night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and am sure we'll return. Thank you very much to Sébastien, our friendly and very helpful host. "We stayed two nights and felt very comfortable in the flat. The host made himself available via text message and answered quickly. The building was quiet and the lake very close. Lake view from large balcony (outdoor furniture available). The kitchen is very well equipped (dish washer, oven, washing machine, ...). Everything freshly renovated, neat and clean. We will consider staying here again in the future."
