"Beautiful classic furniture and decor in the room and hotel. Great location with steps to main sights in Rouen. Good and secure front door lock process. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"A very welcoming and helpful reception. We had a charming small room, the bathroom was beautifully designed. Every piece of furniture in the room was carrefully selected by a skilled interior designer: the vintage bedside cabinets, the chest of drawers, the mirrors, the decorative wall light. The mattress was the best we experienced so far! We loved Rouen so we will come back for sure at this hotel!"

"They have the old fashion bathtubs with a shower head that you need to hold. It’s not the end of the world but normal showers are easier."
