"Номера просто плохие Всё очень старое Кондиционер не работает(очень старый, как будто его никогда не обслуживал никто) Окно открыть не возможно, так как на улице очень много комаров… Спали плохо… В комнате не приятный запах… как будто в больнице находишься…"

"Our initial room had an issue with the shower, on notifying the reception we were offered an alternative without hesitation. Free coffee and tea were offered in the reception area and if requiring to warm food etc, facilities were suppled in small kitchenette. Travelling by motorcycle, a secure place was requested and we were offered a location beneath the hotel with the push bikes, the space could accommodate a couple of bikes. Easy walk into town, to see POI, bars and restaurants."
