"Был только 1 рулон туалетной бумаги) На двоих и на 3 дня нам не хватило. А запасных не было. Возможно владелец жилья забыл ее купить. В остальном все было хорошо."

"Идеально все-от местоположения до продуманности каждой мелочи!В самом центре Руана-10 минут пешком до вокзала и 15 до остановки FlixBus.Я не успевала подумать о том,что мне нужно-все сразу находила.Есть и кофе/чай,штопор,все приборы для готовки.Фен,мыльные принадлежности. Очень чисто. Надеюсь,удастся вернуться еще раз"

"Good location, sometimes the bar under the window was annoying, but earplugs help. Otherwise it's the very center, everything is close."

"The pillows should be replaced, already worn out. The towels should be washed with fabric softener for a good smell, as the smell of the towels is not pleasant."

"Pillows very uncomfortable & an additional pillow would have been helpful. Narrow winding stairs to 1st floor room, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. Needed to pull out bed from wall so that we could both get out of bed at night Net curtain & main curtain on same rail, so very difficult to close curtains. Other reviewers have mentioned noise, but that wasn't a problem for us, even though local bars obviously open until late"
