"Une très belle pièce de vie, au bout de la longère habitée par la propriétaire. La véranda où se trouve la cuisine forme un endroit charmant où prendre son repas. Le jardin est superbe. Possibilité de hammam dans la salle de bain. Tranquillité absolue au bout d'une route sans issue."

"What a special and magical place Demeure des Valette is! This was our second visit to this splendid hotel. The hosts Agnes and Elisabeth are extremely generous and welcoming. Elisabeth is such a wonderful chef: delicious soups, delectable, tasty and plentiful main courses and her yummy desserts being tarte tatin au poire then the following evening it was brioche perdu. We felt very spoilt indeed when my husband requested lamb for dinner and Elisabeth was only to happy to prepare this for us. The dining and breakfast tables were always presented with both care and pride. One night we enjoyed cheese, a green salad and crusty beside an open fire. The hotel itself is more than just charming with its decor and rustic surroundings it provides a calm environment made even more special by Elisabeth and Agnes. Thank you and until next time!"
